Need to return or exchange?
Not a problem! To start a return or exchange, log into your account and select the order that contains the item. You'll find a return option under the order and you just need to follow the prompts and then send your item back.
If an item is accepted for return, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit minus your original shipping cost.
Refunds/Returns may take up to 7 business days to process from the arrival at our warehouse.
*Should an item be returned with no tags or having been worn, customer will receive an invoice for shipping to return the original items.
What is my return window?
You have 14 days from the day your order ships from our warehouse to begin your return or exchange. Unfortunately, we can not offer you a return or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it - tags attached and unworn.
What can not be return or exchanged?
The following items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for our regular return policy.
1. Sale Items (marked with a red tag)
2. Items ending in .99
3. Jewelry/Sunglasses
4. Hair Accessories/Hats/Hat Bar Items
What is my responsibility when making a return?
Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse. Please ensure the items you are returning meet all requirements of our return policy and that they are packaged properly. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or items mistakenly returned to us.
How do I return shoes?
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box may not be used as the shipping box. It must be packed in a separate box or shipping mailer.
Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box or without the original shoe box will be charged a restocking fee of 30%.
What if I receive a damaged item?
